central-vac
is one of those
"must haves"
in your home

central-vac is a housekeepers' dream come true.

It comes with a vacuum placed generally near or in the garaage where you can vacuum out your cars from inside the garage. And it comes with a kick-plate under one of your kitchen cabinets.

It has a long 2 inch flexible hose with generally 3 or more hose connection outlets inside the house and one or two in the garage. There are attachments that you can use for wood or tile floors, and one for carpets. Those I have talked to tell me I must have it in our next home.

Another great feature of the central vac system, is the under counter kick-plate. When you sweep your floor, you sweep over to the kick-plate and nudge it with your foot and it will open and suck all the dirt inside the vacuum. I've used one of the kick-plates in our son's home and it is terrific. We didn't include a central vac in this house because it would have added too much to the cost and we had a newer, good enough vacuum.

The central vac is a modern must-have item that all our kids are going to take for granted I'm sure.
